Refund Policy
- No Exchanges or General Returns: Due to the perishable nature of frozen foods, we do not accept exchanges or returns.
- Damaged or Expired Products: Refunds or replacements are applicable only if the product delivered is completely damaged or expired and reported within 2-3 hours after product delivery. Replacement will be done in 24 hours of reporting. Slightly torn packaging or minor breakage does not qualify for a refund.
- Refund Process: If eligible, refunds will be credited within 7-10 working days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.
- Order Cancellations: Orders canceled within 2-3 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after this period will not be refunded.
