  • Orders can be canceled within 2-3 hours of placement. Cancellations after this timeline will not be accepted.

 

9. DELIVERY POLICY

  • Deliveries are made within a Mumbai using third-party logistics partners.
  • Delivery schedules may be affected by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events.

  • At Frozen on Run, we strive to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of all orders. Our standard delivery timeline is within 24 hours. However, in certain situations, delivery may take 2-3 days due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    • Festive seasons & public holidays leading to high demand and logistics delays.
    • Adverse weather conditions impacting transportation.
    • Product availability & restocking delays.
    • Unforeseen operational challenges such as courier disruptions or traffic restrictions.

    Delivery Charges

  • Orders are eligible for free delivery based on Location, Season, Occasions and Cart Value. Any charges that is applicable will be displayed at checkout.

 

10. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of frozen food, we do not accept exchanges or returns except under the following conditions:

  • Products are expired or completely damaged (minor packaging damage is acceptable).
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval under our Returns and Refunds Policy.

 

11. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payments must be made online at the time of order placement through secure payment gateways.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
